Great new features
Posted by Unknown on 2nd Oct 2017
I've had a previous model of this light and it has worked well, but the new features of 3 levels on a push button (rather than a slider switch) and the battery charge indicator are great! It was delivered to my mailbox in just a few days. Also it's been easy to sell my previous light to a band player who has seen how much better it is than the one she has now!

EXCELLENT light!

This Lotus Light PRO14 is a really excellent unit. It provides 3 lighting levels, and casts a bright, even light that is MOST usable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic!

This is the best portable rechargable lamp. I like it very much. Perfect on stage when it's dark. Its gives an even light on your music sheet so you see better.
Very good customer service here! Thanks a lot. I will recommend to my peers. -
An excellent piano lamp!
Posted by Sue Spaven on 23rd Aug 2017
I asked a professional pianist/organist about her piano lamp and she highly recommended Lotus. I love my new PRO14 -- everything about it! Well worth it. I may purchase another one for my keyboard. It's perfect for low light and/or aging eyes!

Couldn't be happier!
Posted by Rick Modlin on 14th Aug 2017
As a 50-year old professional musician, adequate light is becoming more and more important to me. Incandescent Manhasset-style stand lights have historically been my favorite, mostly due to the color of the light; and when I've needed battery-powered lights, I've used the Mighty Bright orchestra light for a few years. Another musician friend introduced me to his Lotus Light, and I was impressed enough to go with the heftier price tag and get one myself. I couldn't be happier with it!
First, it arrived fully charged -- very nice! The color of the light is warm and natural, and easy to look at for long periods; my previous LED lights had a colder bluish cast that I found fatiguing after an hour or so. I had also routinely used two of the MB lights; the Lotus Light, by contrast, has a wider element that easily illuminates two pages of music. Battery life seems to be in line with the stated specs; I've used it for a practice session, one rehearsal and two gigs now (at different illumination levels), and still haven't needed to recharge it yet. The battery level indicator is very reassuring -- another big improvement over my previous LED lights, which I never completely trusted to get me through a gig on battery-power alone. And when considering the price tag of the Lotus Light as compared to other battery-powered lights, consider also the cost savings in AA batteries, which my MB orchestra lights had gone through alarmingly quickly.
The Lotus Light is my new favorite, hands down. Well worth the price!
