Domestic Orders
Same day Priority Mail Shipping. No sales tax for out of state orders

International Orders
Shipping cost is calculated based on First Class Mail rates. We can usually ship within 2 of days receiving an order and shipping time is from 7-15 days.

Express Mail
Express Mail provides overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses.

Return Policy
If you contact us within 60 days, we will provide a shipping label so you can return or your Lotus Light or for any reason for a full refund.

Exchange Policy
Contact us within 60 days and we will send out your new Lotus Light with a return shipping label to get your old one back.

Warranty
Lotus Light comes with a 5 year unconditional warranty. If you ever have a problem with any of our products, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
