Let there be Light

Compared to the (excellent) earlier models, this model's 3 level switch is so much easier to locate and use. The "fuel gauge" is useful and the light is certainly softer and less glaring than previously
My 2nd Lotus Light

Another outstanding product. I purchased my first Lotus light in 2011-and it served me well. Never had a problem until last week when it would not re-charge. I had the option of replacing the battery but chose to upgrade the the new light. Much better tan the original. You can see the amount of time left on your light and the LED white is much warmer than the original. fast shipping and a 20% discount for 2nd time buyers. GREAT JOB!

I have the bigger size light but wanted to try this light to have an extra on hand. It surprised me how well it lit up the stand. Nice find!
Almost everything right

The light quality is excellent. The fit and finish is very nice. A sophisticated appearance. Fuel gauge is excellent and the brightness is great. The goose neck is I think about 1" too short. When I put a thick 3 ring binder on the stand, the last stave at the page bottom is a little under lit. I think most musicians have these kinds of binders of music and other 2" plus thick books. With single sheets it's not noticeable.

I had read lots of reviews of music stands lights, with negatives on just about all of them. A colleague recommended the Lotus light, and it couldn't be better (at least so far!).
